Permit #25-368: 5840 Ridge Road

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5840 Ridge Road. The project, proposed by Maggi and Jeff Seybold, involves the maintenance and replacement of retaining walls, existing patio and steps, and riprap.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration and Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
