Permit #25-372: Deephaven Ice Rink

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 20225 Cottagewood Road in Deephaven (Village Hall Park). The project, proposed by the City of Deephaven, involves paving the ice rink area and constructing a warming house.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
