Permit #25-381: 4685/4735 West Branch Road (Board Consideration)

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will review Permit Application #25-381, submitted by the property owners of 4685 and 4735 West Branch Road. The application proposes two related culvert projects: replacing an existing culvert and installing a new culvert under a new driveway.

The Board will consider the application at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings & Structures and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
