Permit #25-383: Kings Point Road Natural Gas Service

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Kings Point Road, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves extending natural gas service in the area through the directional bore method with excavation for individual tie-in locations.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Waterbody Crossings & Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
