Permit #25-396: Jardin Academy Playground

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4521 Highway 7 in St. Louis Park. The project, proposed by Xavier Lopez, involves the removal of an existing parking lot and the construction of a childcare playground facility and associated stormwater catch basins to improve drainage.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
