Permit #25-398: CSAH 82

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along CSAH 82 (Mill Street) in the cities of Chanhassen, Shorewood, and Excelsior. The project, proposed by Hennepin County, involves the construction of ~1 mile of multi-use trails, in addition to pavement rehabilitation.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
