Permit #25-400: Knollwood Chipotle

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project split between 8530 Highway 7 and the parcel to the south (PID: 1811721430041). The project, proposed by Lindsay-Knollwood Outlot, LLC, involves constructing a new Chipotle restaurant and associated parking lot reconfigurations.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
