Permit #25-434: New Condo Building

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2759 Louisiana Court. The project, proposed by Trellis Co., involves the construction of a condo building and associated sidewalk.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
