Permit #25-441: 4090 Enchanted Lane

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing an after-the-fact permit application for a project at 4090 Enchanted Lane, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by Janet Stone, involves the construction of a retaining wall and associated compensatory floodplain storage.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
