The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at PID 652310020, next to Olivine Apartments. The project, proposed by Monarch Development, involves the development of several commercial and multi-family residential buildings.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
