Permit #25-508: Highway 12 Roadway Improvements

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Highway 12 from I-494 to CSAH 15 within the cities of Wayzata, Minnetonka, and Orono. The project, proposed by MnDOT, involves portions of road reconstruction and mill and overlay, and associated storm sewer improvements.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, Waterbody Crossings & Structures, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
