The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3495 East Shore Drive. The project, proposed by Omni Custom Builders LLC, involves the construction of a new single-family home.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
