The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4350 Bayside Road in Orono. The project, proposed by Michael Wallen and Taylor White, involves the construction of a new single-family home and driveway.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
