The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing an after-the-fact permit application for a project at 1005, 1013, 1021, 1029 Gardner Street East Wayzata. The project, proposed by Frederick Johnson, involves the construction of four single-family homes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
