Permit #25-537: 75 Lakeview Avenue

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 75 Lakeview Avenue, Tonka Bay. The project, proposed by Matt Graczyk, involves the removal of existing retaining walls, construction of a new retaining wall, and replacement of existing lake stairs.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
