Permit #25-542: St. Louis Park Pavement Management

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project in the Bronx Park neighborhood, along sections of 28th and 29th Street and Kentucky, Jersey, Idaho, Colorado, and Brunswick Avenue. The project, proposed by the City of St. Louis Park, involves rehabilitation of existing roadways, utility repairs, stormwater management, and addition of sidewalks.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
