The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project near Wayzata Boulevard and Baker Park Road, at PID 3011823230033. The project, proposed by Odc Melrose Medina Llc, involves the construction of two multi-family residential buildings and associated parking, utilities, and landscaping.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
