Permit #25-599: Calvary Church Stormwater Infiltration Basin Variance Request

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) Board of Managers will review MCWD permit application #25-599 for a variance request at its regular meeting on February 26th, 2026, for a water quality improvement project proposed by the City of Deephaven and Calvary Church, and partially funded by the District’s Land and Water Partnership to install a stormwater infiltration basin at 18360 Minnetonka Boulevard.

The meeting will be held in the MCWD Board Room, located at 15320 Minnetonka Boulevard, Minnetonka, MN at 7:00 PM.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Rules, and seeks a variance from Section 6 of the Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
