Permit #26-011: Birch and Briar Natural Gas Service

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along 8th Avenue North and 9th Avenue North in Plymouth. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves the installation of new natural gas pipeline utilizing the directional boring method, and associated service line replacements.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, and Waterbody Crossings rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
