Permit #26-012: Birch Briar Neighborhood Road Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project within the Birch Briar Neighborhood, which includes part of 9th Avenue, 8th Avenue, and Weston Lane. The project, proposed by The City of Plymouth, involves grading, bituminous pavement, storm sewer, watermain, curb & gutter, utility adjustments, and ADA improvements.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
