Permit #26-032: Minnetonka Beach Fiber Optic Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project in Minnetonka Beach. The project, proposed by Midcontinent Communications (Midco), involves the installation of a fiber optic network via horizontal directional drilling throughout the city of Minnetonka Beach.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
