Permit #26-042: Residential Addition and Landscaping

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4900 Bywood West, Edina. The project, proposed by Douglas Hamm, involves the construction of a small house addition, pool and pool deck, and exterior landscaping improvements.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
