Permit #26-045: Single-Family Homes

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2203 Oakland Road. The project, proposed by Zehnder Homes Incorporated, involves the demolition of an existing single-family home to be replaced with two new single-family homes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Wetland Protection Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
