Permit #26-054: Medina Fiber Optic Installation

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project in Medina. The project, proposed by Midcontinent Communications (Midco), involves the installation of a fiber optic network via horizontal directional drilling throughout the city of Medina.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
