Permit #26-057: Oliver Avenue Utility Work

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along the Oliver Avenue and W 50th Street intersection, and north along Oliver Avenue to Lake Harriet. The project, proposed by the City of Minneapolis, involves utility work and replacement to mitigate flooding.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
