Permit #26-076: Shores of Marsh Lake 2nd Addition

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 9478 County Road 43, Laketown Township. The project, proposed by Christy Schuler, involves the addition of 6 single-family homes to the Shores of Marsh Lake development.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
