Permit #26-079: Excelsior Road Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along 3rd and Center Streets in Excelsior. The project, proposed by the City of Excelsior, involves street paving, road reconstruction, and associated utility work.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
