Permit #26-113: Center Point Energy – TH5

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Trunk Highway 5 in Chanhassen. The project, proposed by Center Point Energy, involves the installation of natural gas pipeline along the roadway.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Waterbody Crossings & Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
