Permit #26-116: Floodplain Grading for Dock Access

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5810 Hardscrabble Circle, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by Bruce Thomas, involves redistributing soils within the flood plain to create a flatter area for dock access.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
