Permit #26-124: Landscape and Hardscape Maintenance and Repair

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3545 Ivy Place. The project, proposed by Mark Ferry, involves the replacement of existing outdoor steps, and maintenance to the on-site irrigation system.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
