Permit #26-149: Caribbean Marina Boat Launch and Riprap Replacement

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 135 Lakeview Avenue in Tonka Bay. The project, proposed by Tonka Bay Property Holdings LLC, involves the replacement of the existing boat launch and riprap at the Caribbean Marina.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
