Permit #26-153: 5505 Beard Court, Stair Installation and Plantings

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5505 Beard Court in Edina. The project, proposed by Shawn Weiland, involves the installation of stairs and plantings within the floodplain.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
