Permit #26-155: Minnetonka Twin Homes

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5647 Minnetonka Boulevard. The project, proposed by the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation, involves the construction of four new twin-family homes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management Rule. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
