Permit #26-160: Crown College Chapel Building

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 8700 College View Drive in Laketown Township. The project, proposed by Crown College, involves the construction of a new chapel and office building.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control, Floodplain Alteration, Waterbody Crossings and Structures, Wetland Protection, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
