Permit #26-177: Baywood Shores Natural Gas Service

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Baywood Shores Drive. The project, proposed by CenterPoint Energy, involves natural gas service through the horizontal directional bore method.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration and Erosion Control Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
