Permit #26-187: Single-Family Home Construction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project on Lots, 11, 12, and 13 of Swanson’s Supplement to Spring Park. The project, proposed by Macklyn Homes Llc, involves the construction of a new single-family home and associated grading within the floodplain.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
