Permit #26-204: 5920 Hardscrabble Circle, Single-Family Home Build and Shoreline Work

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 5920 Hardscrabble Circle, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by Tom and Julie Rydeen, involves the construction of a new single-family home, site grading, and shoreline work.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization, and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
