Permit #26-213: 3720 Lee Road

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 3720 Lee Road, Minnetrista. The project, proposed by William Schumacher, involves riprap maintenance, and the installation of retaining walls and steps for lake access.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
