Permit #26-228: Creekline Flats

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 8800 Highway 7 in St. Louis Park. The project, proposed by Broadway Street Development, involves the reconstruction of a commercial site to a residential apartment complex with associated stormwater and green space improvements.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Stormwater Management, Floodplain Alteration, and Wetland Protection Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
