Permit #26-243: 55 Landmark Drive, Driveway and Culvert Replacement

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 55 Landmark Drive, Orono. The project, proposed by
Daniel S Perkins Trust Et Al, involves the replacement of the existing driveway and three underlying culverts.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Floodplain Alteration and Waterbody Crossings and Structures rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
