Permit #26-264: Multi-Family Buildings

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4100 and 4106 16th Avenue South. The project, proposed by Camus Homes, LLC, involves the construction of two new multi-family home buildings.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
