Permit #26-265: 2545 Kelly Avenue Step Repair

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2545 Kelly Avenue. The project, proposed by Catherine Shop, involves repair of riprap and existing steps to the shoreline.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Shoreline and Streambank Stabilization, and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
