Permit #26-296: Lake Forest Channel Culvert

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 4112 Forest Road, St. Louis Park. The project, proposed by the City of St. Louis Park, involves repairing a failed culvert and stabilizing nearby slopes.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers MCWD’s Waterbody Crossings and Structures and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
