Permit #26-299: Victoria Downtown West Dairy Queen Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 2120 Arboretum Boulevard Victoria, MN 55386. The project, proposed by the Josephine K. Ridl Lifetime Trust, involves the demolition of the existing Dairy Queen and the reconstruction of the site to include two retail/food buildings.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion and Sediment Control and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
