Permit #26-352: Utility Boring

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project along Plymouth Road. The project, proposed by Gigapower, involves the placement of a fiber conduit via the horizontal boring method.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Waterbody Crossings and Structures Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
