Permit #26-373: 20 Circle West Home Demolition and Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 20 Circle West in Edina. The project, proposed by P Kostroski & N Kostroski, involves the demolition of an existing home, and the construction of a new home upgradient of a wetland.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Wetland Protection rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
