Permit #26-384: LHI Sailing School Clubhouse Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 19500 Park Avenue in Deephaven. The project, proposed by the Lake Minnetonka Sailing School, involves the demolition and reconstruction of the Sailing School Clubhouse and boat storage structure on Lighthouse Island. The sand volleyball courts will also be updated.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control, Floodplain Alteration, and Stormwater Management rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
