Permit #26-392: Ditch Reconstruction

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project southeast of the intersection of County Roads 110 & 115. The project, proposed by the City of Minnetrista, involves the reconstruction of 487 feet of existing ditch, including addressing localized erosion.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration Rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
