The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 165 Woodpecker Ridge Road in Tonka Bay. The project, proposed by Dawn and Michael Erlandson, involves the demolition of a detached garage and the construction of an addition and attached garage.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Floodplain Alteration rules. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
