Permit #26-463: Oakwood Elementary ADA Sidewalks

The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD) is currently reviewing a permit application for a project at 17340 County Road 6. The project, proposed by School District 284, involves the construction of ADA sidewalks.

MCWD reviews for compliance only with applicable MCWD rules. This project triggers our Erosion Control and Stormwater Management. The city, county, or another public agency may require other permits or approvals.
